Yun Fitness Bootcamp Fitness Tip of November Progress stalled? Try upping the intensity. Instead of doing 12 reps, try doing 8 but with more weight. Try running further in less time. Try decreasing the rest between sets. Try adding super sets, tri-sets, or giant sets to your workout. Intensity can be added in numerous ways. My bootcamps are all about intensity. Never the same, always progressing, always moving closer to your goals.
Yun Fitness Bootcamp Nutrition Tip of November Gobble, Gobble! It's turkey month. Which means Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Holidays are here already. With the holidays people tend to get really stressed and/or depressed. What you eat can have an effect either good or bad. So if you're stressed try adding some yogurt, red bell peppers, or a cup of peppermint tea to the diet. Avoid soda at all costs. Studies show that people who drink 2.5 cans daily are 3x more likely to be depressed and anxious compared to others. This month's tip comes from the book 'Eat This-- Not That!'.
