What you will learn at the orientation:
The exercise style that we do. This style allows us the opportunity to train a person who hasn't worked out in years, or someone who is overweight, side by side next to somebody that has been in our program for over a year. The nutrition style we recommend. This style is how everybody should eat, but everybody thinks dieting and starving yourself is the way to go. You will learn a nutrition system that will work and taste good, plus you will never ever be hungry again!
