This is a free bootcamp.
All that is required for you to participate is a canned food item or two or three. All items will be donated to the Mid-Ohio Foodbank.
Wear your OhioState gear! If your a Michigan fan be prepared to be laughed at and be prepared to do extra burpees!
What to expect:
Class is 45 minutes in Length.
Intervals! Circuits! Complexes! Partner Training! You will train in a multi-plane, functional atmosphere. It will be fun and creative, but it will hard. It still is for all levels of fitness. Alternates will be provided if you can't do something
Spot Reducing is impossible. This will be a full body workout. Full body workouts with our interval system have been shown to burn 9x more body fat then regular 'cardio'. The workouts are designed to flatten your tummy and get that 6-pack!

1. To Start Getting a Sexier Butt & Belly: Watch the registration video below. If you already have watched it and have registered with our Online Class Registration System (MINDBODY).
2. If this is your first class with us (meaning you have never been to a bootcamp, charity camp, free saturday class,etc...) then you need to fill out the waiver form.
