Yun Fitness Bootcamps Membership Billing Agreement The form above is the form you will need to download. It will be above all of the different plans below as well. The Super Fat Blast Monthly Membership* If you want to lose weight and body fat fast for an upcoming event this is the membership for you-- $499 * With the Super Fat Blast Monthly Membership you get the absolute best of what we have to offer. If you have a special occasion, or event (wedding, reunion, vacation, etc...) coming up that you need to look your absolute best for then this package will get you there quick. You must email if you are interested in this membership. What you get with this Membership:
You have the ability to come to as many bootcamp times as you like. Spend some extra time hammering out those trouble spots with an extra 1 on 1 personal training session every week with Head Trainer Jason Yun. You will also get a free Body Fat Assessment and Measurement every month to make sure you are moving speedily towards your goals and event. You will receive a weekly 30 minute phone consultation with Head Trainer Jason Yun. He will also take you on a personal grocery store tour and kitchen makeover. Nutrition is the most important part in changing the body, the education you will get from the tour and kitchen makeover will last a lifetime. You will receive a free 1 hour foam rolling session and your very own foam roller for quick recovery and muscle, joint, and all-around body health. You will also get unlimited email support to guide you along the way. You can cancel at anytime, or continue as long as you want even after the event has passed. Or you can simply downgrade your membership. You will be billed every month on the same day as the date of your sign up as long as you decide to be a member. The Monthly Membership is pro-rated over the entire year for the 10 camp sessions we have each year. You may cancel at any time, and continue as long as you like. You will be locked into the current listed price as long as you remain a member even if there is a price increase. The Monthly Membership is pro-rated over the entire year for the 10 camp sessions we have each year. You may cancel at any time, and continue as long as you like. You will be locked into the current listed price as long as you remain a member even if there is a price increase. Once you have been training with us for a year you will receive the Yellow Yun Fitness Bootcamps T-Shirt. If you decide to leave after the membership is over and 'fall off the wagon' again, we will then train you for free until you get back to where you want to be fitness and body wise. So you are pretty much guaranteed to stay fit and healthy for the rest of your life! No other membership offers that guarantee! You will also receive the Yellow Yun Fitness Bootcamps T-Shirt with your gift card. You will also receive 4 free body fat and girth assessment with the Ultrasound Body Metrix Device. The Annual Membership is pro-rated over the entire year for the 10 camp Phases we have each year. You are committing to at least 12-months (10 Phases) of Yun Fitness Bootcamps.
