Yun Fitness Bootcamps 2009 Schedule

The schedule is not set in stone, and is to help prevent overtraining. High Intensity Boot Camp Training needs periodic breaks to help the body and the mind recover. Transition week workout manuals will be available so that you may continue to work out during these off weeks on your own.

Phase #1-- January 5th- January 30th
--4 weeks on, 1 week off

Transisition week: January 31st- February 8th

 

Phase #2-- February 9th to March 6th
--4 weeks on, 1 weeks off

Transisition week: March 7th- March 15th

 

Phase #3-- March 16th to April 10th
--4 weeks on, 1 week off

Transistion week: April 11th- April 19th

 

Phase #4-- April 20th- May 15
--4 weeks on, 1 week off

Transistion week: May 16th- May 25th
* Evening Classes move back outdoors

 

Phase #5-- May 26th- June 19th*
--4 weeks on, 1 week off

Transition week: June 20th- June 28th
* No class May 25th Memorial Day

 

Phase #6-- June 29th- July 24th
--4 weeks on, 1 week off

Transisiton week: July 25th- August 2nd

 

Phase #7-- August 3rd- August 28th
--4 weeks on, 1 week off

Transisiton week: August 29th-September 6th

 

Phase #8-- September 8th- October 2nd*
--4 weeks on, 1 week off

Transisiton week: Ocotber 3rd- October 11th
* No class September 7th Labor Day

 

Phase #9-- October 12th- November 6th*
--4 weeks on, 1 weeks off

Transition week: November 7th- November 15th
* Classes move back indoors

 

Phase #10-- November 16th- November 20th and November 30th- December 18th
-- 1 week on, 1 week off, 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off

Transistion weeks: Thanksgiving Break November 21st- November 27th and Holiday Break December 19th- January 3rd, 2010
